Le rocher de Sidi Abderrahmane

Posted by Mhélène (Paris, France) on 15 November 2008 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio.

The rock of Sidi Abderrahmane is the grave of a " holy man " he came from Bagdad 400 years ago recognized by the time as possessing supernatural powers, his grave is a place of pilgrims!
It is necessary to wait the low tide to go there, cross the sand then the rocks and the slippery stairs, they come to seek blessing of the saint or participate in sessions of exorcism, consult fortune-tellers...
A life settled down on the beach all around
