C'est une crêpe ,très finement étirée sur un four rond . La cuisinière tient un brûleur de gaz qu'elle introduit par moment dans le four . Cette crêpe se vend au poids,on la mange en feuilles avec des oeufs lors des baptêmes ou déchirée en morceau avec du poulet .

It is a pancake, very finely stretched on a round oven. The cooker holds a distiller of gas which she introduces by moment into the oven. This pancake is sold by weight, we eat it in sheets with eggs or torn in pieces with the sauce of chicken.
