Saint Antoine des Quinze-Vingts

Eglise du 12ème arrondissement -Paris .
Sa construction fut achevée en 1903.
Ce nom de quinze-vingts correspond au nombre de lits (l5 fois 20 lits = 300) voulu par St Louis pour accueillir 300 aveugles à l'hospice desd XV-XX(aujourd'hui, cet hôpital est le Centre hospitalier national des Quinze-Vingts)

Its construction was finished in 1903.
This name of XV-XX (in french "quinze-vingts")is number of beds (l5 time 20 beds = 300) wanted by St Louis (french King from 1246 to 1270) to welcome 300 blind persons to the hospital XV-XX (today, this hospital is the national Hospital complex of Quinze-Vingts).

J'ai également habité rue de Charention et rue Charles Beaudelaire... j'allais au marché d'Aligre tous les w-e et parfois, un p'tit verre au Baron Rouge... :-)
