La pâte obtenue est peu à peu ramassée dans des cuvettes et transférée dans un bassin pendant que les ânes reprennent des forces.

The olive's dough is collected in washbasins and transferred in ponds while asses eat.

@zOOm: Perchée ..perchée ...c'est la haute montagne ! En fait ce ne sont pas les mêmes que sur la première photo je mets celles qui me paraissent le mieux décrire le processus ! Tout le monde était au même travail dans toute la campagne alentour ! Merci Florence !
