L'huile est récupérée délicatement à l'aide d'un tissu à la surface du bassin et tout aussi délicatement glissée le long du tissu vers une cuvette .
The oil is gently recovered with a cloth on the surface of the pond and just as gently slid along the tissue into a bowl and then into another !

Ici aussi, on fait dans la rayure mais on s'amuse nettement moins, ouille les reins ! J'y repenserai la prochaine fois que je ferai couler un filet d'huile d'olive sur mon poisson !

tu complétes ta série avec de belles images et des explications qui donnent des envies subites de pain frais et d'olives bien noires !! les couleurs sont toujours aussi vives, aussi vivantes, des taches colorées qui contrastent avec le pourpre du sol .. et ce travail laborieux et pénible .. tu saisis bien la vie quotidiennes et c'est un régal pour les yeux.. merci pour ce superbe documentaire.
