Les Droits de l'Homme
Le 10 décembre 1948, les 58 Etats Membres qui constituaient alors l’Assemblée générale de l'ONU ont adopté la Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l’Homme à Paris au Palais de Chaillot.

On 10 December 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Article 19:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

A fantastic photo!!! No doubt! And noble words! I believe that some of the greatest words ever written are in the Constitution of the United States. But when the words are ignored by the political leaders and the public that they protect, the words become a mere waste of space. Sad......
